Armed with over 20 years experience in kitchens of all kinds, Philadelphian & chef Michael Sultan pairs his deep rooted passion for cooking and global mindset to prepare elevated cuisine in an approachable fashion.
He believes in the integrity of his ingredients and only sources the best such as organic chicken, dry aged beef and seasonal produce combined with house-made, from scratch components making every bite as memorable as it is fresh. He and his team customize each menu so that every client gets a unique, curated experience.
